When we build with Lego we are being creative, using our imagination, concentrating, developing our fine motor skills, using mathematical concepts, stacking, measuring and having lots of fun.
Ethan R likes to build with Lego because he loves to make rocket ships.

What a wonderful day we have had at Next Generation....Niomi organised a fantastic magic show, with seats, tickets and disappearing children. Luckily Niomi did get the children to reappear again. We have enjoyed some very messy gloop outside with Danelle. Our friend Isaac brought in some lovely chocolate for everyone to share at morning tea time and Rachel brought in delicious guavas. We also saw our butterfly who has finally emerged from his chrysallis! That was super exciting! Jack helped put together this lovely smilebox, choosing the photos and the album. Good work Jack!

We hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend and didn't eat to many choccies!! Today we celebrated Eva's 3rd birthday and she brought in a lovely cake for morning tea. We also had an exciting new pipe outside which the children enjoyed crawling through and exploring.
